Directions

1

Place 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs in bottom of each of 16 (4 oz.) dessert or parfait glasses. Set aside.

2

Place HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and heavy cream in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 1 minute; stir. If necessary, microwave at MEDIUM an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, just until chips are melted when stirred. Divide chocolate mixture evenly over each graham cracker layer. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm.

3

Meanwhile, mix sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice in 20 qt. bowl of mixer fitted with whisk attachment until thick and creamy. Fold in non-dairy whipped topping. Divide mixture evenly over each chocolate layer. Cover; refrigerate or freeze at least 1 hour or until firm. When ready to serve, garnish with fresh lime slice.
