Directions

1

Heat convection oven to 300°F (standard oven: 350°F). Lightly spray one 13x18-inch half sheet baking pan with vegetable cooking spray. Place parchment paper on prepared pan.

2

Mix eggs in 20 qt. bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment. Add brown sugar and HERSHEY'S Chocolate Syrup, mixing until fully incorporated. Blend together flour, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Gradually add to egg mixture, mixing until well blended. Blend in butter. Spread batter in prepared pan.

3

Bake 30 to 40 minutes* or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool in pan on wire rack.

4

Place HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and heavy cream in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 1 minute; stir. If necessary, microwave an additional 30 seconds or until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Cool slightly, just until thickened. Spread on brownie. Immediately sprinkle shaved HERSHEY'S Milk Chocolate Bars on top of ganache. Refrigerate 20 to 30 minutes. Cut into 2x3-inch bars.

Tip

Step 3: If using convection oven, rotate pan one-half turn (180°) after 15 minutes of baking.
