    unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 lb. 8 oz.
    sugar
  • 1 lb. 5 oz.
    eggs, beaten
  • 3 lbs. 6 oz.
    old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
  • 2 Tbsp.
    baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp.
    salt
  • 1-1⁄2 qts. (48 fl. oz.)
    milk
  • 1⁄2 oz.
    vanilla extract
  • 2 lbs. 4 oz.
    HERSHEY'S Cinnamon Chips (Item# 14670)

Heat convection oven to 300°F (standard oven: 350°F). Generously spray one full-size steam table pan (20-3/4x12-3/4x2-1/2-inch) with vegetable cooking spray.

Using spoon, mix together butter, sugar and eggs in large bowl. Add oats, baking powder, salt, milk and vanilla; stir until well blended. Stir in HERSHEY'S Cinnamon Chips. Pour mixture into prepared pan.

Bake 45 to 60 minutes* or until center is firm. Cool slightly; serve with additional milk or light cream, if desired. Leftover oatmeal may be reheated in microwave for a few minutes until hot.

Tip

Step 3: If using convection oven, rotate pan one-half turn (180°) after 20 minutes of baking.
