Take a classic sundae to the next level with the Roasted Banana Caramel Sundae, finished with HERSHEY'S Caramel Topping. This cold, creamy treat shines with the delicious additions of roasty-toasty banana and crunchy macadamia nuts.
Heat convection oven to 325°F (standard oven: 375°F). Place sliced banana, cut side down in baking dish. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over sliced banana. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until sliced banana begins to brown.
Place scoop of vanilla ice cream onto bottom of sundae dish, place sliced banana all around ice cream.
Drizzle HERSHEY'S Caramel Topping over ice cream and sliced banana. Garnish with macadamia nut pieces. Serve immediately.
