It's a brownie, it's a cookie, it's ... a Brownie Dough Cookie! Give your guests the chocolate chew they love from a brownie, but this time, in cookie form. The REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips speckled throughout each cookie add visual appeal and decadent flavor that will keep your customers coming back for more.

  • 5 lbs.
    fudge brownie mix
  • 5 oz.
    all-purpose flour
  • 8 fl. oz.
    vegetable oil
  • 6 fl. oz.
    water
  • 14 oz. (8 large)
    eggs
  • 2 lbs. 4 oz.
    REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips, 1000 ct. (Item# 61625)

Heat convection oven to 300°F (standard oven: 350°F). Lightly spray sheet pans with vegetable cooking spray. Place parchment paper on prepared sheet pans.

Blend together brownie mix (dry) and flour in 20 qt. bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment. Mix on low speed 30 seconds. Gradually add oil, water and eggs; continue mixing on low speed 1 minute or until fully incorporated. Stir in REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips. Using #16 scoop (3 oz.), drop dough on prepared sheet pans, 6 cookies per pan.

Bake 12 to 15 minutes* or until cookie is set. Cool 2 to 3 minutes. Remove cookies from sheet pans to wire rack. Cool completely.

Tip

Step 3: If using convection oven, rotate pans one-half turn (180°) after 6 minutes of baking.
