    salted butter, melted
  • 1 lb. 8 oz.
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 lbs. 8 oz.
    REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips, 1000 ct. (Item# 61625)
  • 1 lb. 2 oz.
    sweetened coconut flakes
  • 42-2⁄3 fl. oz.
sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)

    HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 1000 ct. (Item# 61125)
  • 1⁄2 oz.
shortening (do not use butter, margarine, spread or oil)

Heat convection oven to 300°F (standard oven: 350°F). Lightly spray one 18x26-inch full sheet pan with vegetable cooking spray. Place parchment paper on prepared sheet pan.

Stir together melted butter and graham cracker crumbs in large bowl. Firmly press crumb mixture on bottom of prepared pan. Sprinkle REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips over crumbs. Sprinkle coconut flakes over chips. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over top.

Bake 20 to 30 minutes* or until lightly browned.

Combine HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and shortening in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 1 minute; stir. If necessary, microwave at MEDIUM an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, just until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Drizzle over bars. Cool completely. Cut into 2x3-inch bars.

Step 3: If using convection oven, rotate pan one-half turn (180°) after 10 minutes of baking.
