Whether it's breakfast time or a late-night party, Chocolate Chip Pancakes are a fun, welcome treat to please a crowd. These are classic, fluffy goodies, brimming with HERSHEY'S Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips. Don't forget to serve with butter and a drizzle of syrup!
Using wire whisk, stir together baking mix, eggs and milk in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in HERSHEY'S Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips.
Heat griddle or skillet over medium-low heat. Lightly spray griddle with vegetable cooking spray. For each pancake, pour 1/3 cup batter onto prepared hot griddle; cook until bubbles appear. Turn; cook other side until lightly browned. (For thinner pancakes, add 1/2 fl. oz. (1 tablespoon) milk to the batter. Pancakes should be at least 1/4-inch thick.)
Serve warm with butter, if desired. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or top with syrup, if desired.
