Not all chocolate treats are for the kids! A Chocolate Martini is just the indulgence the adults in your crowd need to relax and rewind for the evening. Made with HERSHEY'S Chocolate Syrup and shaved HERSHEY'S Milk Chocolate Bars, your guests will toast to how good this cocktail is!

Ingredients & Directions


  • 1 tsp.
    HERSHEY’S Chocolate Syrup (for rim)
  • 0.5 tsp.
    HERSHEY’S Cocoa, Natural (for rim)
  • 0.5 tsp.
    Granulated sugar (for rim)
  • 1.5 fl. oz.
    Chocolate liqueur
  • 1.5 fl. oz.
    Crème de cacao
  • 0.5 fl. oz.
    Chocolate vodka
  • 1 fl. oz.
    HERSHEY’S Chocolate Syrup
  • 2.5 fl. oz.
    Half & Half

    HERSHEY’S Mini KISSES (for garnish)
  • --
    Cocktail skewers (for garnish)



Prepare RIM: Place HERSHEY’S Syrup on plate or in cocktail rimmer. Mixtogether HERSHEY’S Cocoa and granulated sugar and place on separate plate orin another cocktail rimmer. Dip rim of glass in HERSHEY’S Chocolate Syrup,followed by HERSHEY’S Cocoa and sugar mixture.


Prepare MARTINI: Combine chocolate liqueur, crème de cacao, chocolate vodka,HERSHEY’S Chocolate Syrup, half & half, and ice in cocktail shaker. Shakevigorously approximately 15 seconds or until blended, frothy, and chilled. Straininto prepared glass.


Garnish with a HERSHEY’S Mini KISS on tip of cocktail skewer and place acrossrim of glass to serve.
