Heat convection oven to 300°F (standard oven: 350°F).
Mix butter in 20 qt. bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until fully incorporated. Blend together sugar and flour in large bowl. Gradually add to butter mixture, mixing until well blended. Stir in HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and nuts. Evenly divide dough into three (9-inch) unbaked pie crusts.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes* or until golden brown. Cool approximately 1 hour on wire rack; serve warm. Garnish with vanilla ice cream, if desired. Makes 8 servings per pie.
