Crunchy pecan pieces, bright lemon zest and smooth HERSHEY'S Premier White Creme Chips are the makings of a most impressive Lemon Streusel Bar indeed. Whether you own a small cafe or a large hotel, make room on your menu for this delicious dessert!
Heat convection oven to 300°F (standard oven: 350°F). Lightly spray one 18x26-inch full sheet pan with vegetable cooking spray. Place parchment paper on prepared sheet pan. Using wire whisk, stir together sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and lemon peel in large bowl, blending well. Set aside. Measure out 6 oz. (1 cup) and 8 oz. (1-1/3 cups) HERSHEY'S Premier White Creme Chips. Set aside. Add remaining HERSHEY'S Premier White Creme Chips to lemon mixture.
Mix butter and brown sugar in 20 qt. bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment until creamy. Blend together flour, oats, pecans, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Gradually add to butter mixture, mixing until well blended. Remove 6-2/3 cups oats mixture. Set aside. Add eggs to remaining mixture, blending until crumbly. Press egg/crumb mixture on bottom of prepared pan. Gently spoon lemon mixture on top, spreading evenly. Add reserved 8 oz. (1-1/3 cups) HERSHEY'S Premier White Creme Chips to reserved crumb mixture. Sprinkle over lemon layer, pressing crumbs lightly.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes** or until lightly browned. Cool in pan on wire rack.
Place remaining 6 oz. (1 cup) HERSHEY'S Premier White Creme Chips and shortening in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 30 seconds; stir. If necessary, microwave at MEDIUM 10 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Drizzle over bars. Allow drizzle to set. Cut into 3-inch squares.
Step 3: If using convection oven, rotate pan one-half turn (180°) after 10 minutes of baking. Additional Directions: To toast pecans: Heat convection oven to 300°F (standard oven: 350°F). Spread pecans in thin layer on sheet pan. Bake 7 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown; cool.
