This recipe for Oatmeal MINI KISSES Cookies will turn any oatmeal cookie skeptic into a fan! With sweet oats and creamy HERSHEY'S MINI KISSES Milk Chocolates, these will be flying off the table! Perfect for the oatmeal lovers or when that cookie platter needs a little something different.

Ingredients & Directions


  • 2 lbs.
    unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 lbs. (8 cups)
    HERSHEY'S MINI KISSES Milk Chocolates (Item# 14625)
  • 1 lb. 8 oz.
    light brown sugar
  • 1 lb.
    granulated sugar
  • 14 oz. (8 large)
  • 2 oz.
    vanilla extract
  • 1 lb. 14 oz. (6 cups)
    all-purpose flour
  • 4 tsp.
    baking soda
  • 2 tsp.
  • 2 lbs. 4 oz.
    quick-cooking oats



Heat convection oven to 300°F (standard oven: 350°F). Lightly spray sheet pans with vegetable cooking spray. Place parchment paper on prepared sheet pans.


Mix butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar in 20 qt. bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until fully incorporated. Blend together flour, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Gradually add to butter mixture, mixing until well blended. Stir in oats and HERSHEY'S MINI KISSES Milk Chocolates. Using #20 scoop, drop dough on prepared sheet pans.


Bake 12 to 14 minutes* or until lightly browned. Remove from oven to wire rack. Cool completely on sheet pans.


Step 3: If using convection oven, rotate pans one-half turn (180°) after 6 minutes of baking.
