    REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips, 1000 ct. (Item# 61625), divided
  • 5 oz.
    salted peanuts, divided
  • 12 oz.
    salted butter
  • 14 oz.
    sugar
  • 1-1⁄2 fl. oz.
    light corn syrup
  • 1-1⁄2 fl. oz.
    water

Lightly spray one 13x18-inch half-sheet pan with vegetable cooking spray. Place parchment paper on prepared pan. Sprinkle 6 oz. REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips and 2-1/2 oz. salted peanuts evenly onto bottom of prepared pan. Set aside.

Melt butter in large heavy-bottomed saucepan; stir in sugar, corn syrup and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture reaches 300°F on candy thermometer. (This should take 30 to 35 minutes. Bulb of thermometer should not rest on bottom of saucepan.)

Remove from heat. Immediately spread mixture in prepared pan; sprinkle with remaining 4 oz. REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips and remaining 2-1/2 oz. salted peanuts. Cool completely. Break into pieces. Store in tightly covered container in cool dry place.
