A delicious side dish to feed a crowd. This REESE'S Asian Slaw is equal parts tangy, savory, fresh and made sweet by the secret ingredient: REESE'S Peanut Butter Sauce. Pair it with an Asian cuisine-inspired protein for a full meal. Best of all, it's easy to make in large quantities.

    white vinegar
  • 4 fl. oz.
    REESE'S Peanut Butter Sauce (Item# 35031)
  • 5-1⁄3 oz.
    light brown sugar
  • 10-2⁄3 fl. oz.
    vegetable oil
  • 1⁄2 oz.
    minced garlic
  • 1⁄2 tsp.
    ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp.
    chopped parsley (optional)
  • 2 lbs.
    cabbage slaw mix
  • 1 lb. 4 oz.
    firm red apples, sliced Into thin strips

    green onions, thinly sliced
  • 6 oz.
    carrot, grated
  • 5 oz.
    peanuts, chopped, divided

Using wire whisk, stir together vinegar, REESE'S Peanut Butter Sauce, brown sugar and oil in large bowl. Add garlic, black pepper and parsley, if desired, stirring until combined. Cover; refrigerate.

Toss together cabbage slaw mix, apples, green onion, carrot and 2-1/2 oz. peanuts in large bowl until well blended. Pour prepared peanut butter dressing over mixture, tossing to coat. Refrigerate until serving.

Garnish with remaining peanuts, right before serving.
