Fun fact: Blondies are dessert bars that don't contain chocolate and often use nuts or candy instead. These REESE'S Blondies follow the rules with crunchy REESE'S PIECES Candies, morsels of REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips, chopped REESE'S Peanut Butter Cups and lightly salted peanuts in every bite. Sweet and crunchy!

Ingredients & Directions


  • 2 lbs.
    unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 lb. 2 oz.
    Chopped REESE'S Peanut Butter Cups (Item# 40024)
  • 4 lbs.
    light brown sugar
  • 14 oz. (8 large)
  • 1 oz.
    vanilla extract
  • 2 lbs. 8 oz.
    all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp.
  • 10 oz.
    lightly salted peanuts
  • 1 lb. 8 oz.
    REESE'S PIECES Candies (Item# 11300)
  • 12 oz.
    REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips, 4000 ct. (Item# 61725)



Heat convection oven to 275°F (standard oven: 325°F). Lightly spray one 18x26-inch full sheet pan with vegetable cooking spray. Place parchment paper on prepared pan. Place pan extender on prepared sheet pan.


Mix melted butter and brown sugar in 20 qt. bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until fully incorporated. Blend together flour and salt in large bowl. Gradually add to butter mixture, mixing until well blended. Stir in REESE'S PIECES Candies, peanuts, REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips and Chopped REESE'S Peanut Butter Cups. Spread into prepared pan.


Bake 40 to 45 minutes* or until golden brown and wooden pick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into 2-inch squares.


Step 3: If using convection oven, rotate pan one-half turn (180°) after 20 minutes.
