They've had s'mores. They've had pizza. But have they ever tasted a s'mores pizza? It all comes together on a graham cracker crust topped with HERSHEY'S Milk Chocolate Bars and mini marshmallows. If you're thinking this sounds tasty, your customers will, too! Serve this as a family-style dessert for the whole table or by the slice with a scoop of ice cream.
Heat convection oven to 300°F (standard oven: 350°F). Generously spray one 12-inch pizza pan with vegetable cooking spray.
Mix butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in 5 qt. bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment until light and fluffy. Add egg, mixing until fully incorporated. Stir together graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder in medium bowl. Gradually add to sugar mixture, mixing until well blended. Set aside 5 oz. mixture.
Press remaining dough onto bottom and sides of prepared pan. Bake 5 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately place 4 oz. Chopped HERSHEY'S Milk Chocolate Bars on warm crust, allowing to soften 1 minute. Spread over bottom of crust. Crumble reserved mixture evenly over top. Sprinkle miniature marshmallows evenly over top, pressing lightly. Return to oven; bake additional 7 minutes.
Sprinkle remaining 4 oz. Chopped HERSHEY'S Milk Chocolate Bars on marshmallows. Cool completely on wire rack or until chocolate is set. Cut into 10 wedges.
