Pour 1/2 fl. oz. HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Syrup into bottom of 20-oz. serving glass.
Place ice cream, milk, 2 fl. oz. HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Syrup and espresso in blender container. Cover; blend until thoroughly mixed.
Pour into prepared glass. Drizzle with additional HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Chocolate Syrup. Garnish with a chocolate-covered strawberry, if desired. Serve immediately.
