Who doesn't love brownies? Especially these Supreme Chocolate Brownies that are made with rich HERSHEY'S Cocoa and delicious morsels of HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips. Top with ice cream or wrap individually and make these treats a supremely huge hit at your next event!

  • 2 lbs. (4 cups)
    unsalted butter
  • 4 lbs. (8 cups)
  • 7 oz. (2 cups)
    HERSHEY'S Cocoa, Natural (Item# 63525)
  • 1 lb. 12 oz.
  • 14 oz. (2-2⁄3 cups)
    all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp.
  • 1 tsp.
    baking soda
  • 1 oz. (2 Tbsp.)
    vanilla extract
  • 3 lbs. (8 cups)
    HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 1000 ct. (Item# 61125)
  • 8 oz. (2 cups)
    chopped macadamia nuts (optional)



Heat convection oven to 325°F (standard oven: 350°F). Lightly spray one 18x26-inch full sheet pan with vegetable cooking spray. Place parchment paper on prepared sheet pan. Place pan extender on prepared sheet pan.


Melt butter in large heavy-bottomed saucepan over low heat. Add sugar and HERSHEY'S Cocoa; stir to blend. Remove from heat. Stir in eggs. Blend together flour, salt and baking soda in large bowl. Gradually add to chocolate mixture, mixing until well blended. Stir in vanilla, HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and nuts, if desired. Spread in prepared pan.


Bake 30 to 35 minutes* or until brownie begins to pull away from side of pan and begin to crack slightly (do not under bake). Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into 2x3-inch bars.


Step 3: If using convection oven, rotate pan one-half turn (180°) after 15 minutes of baking.
