Directions

1

Heat convection oven to 250°F (standard oven: 300°F).

2

Mix butter and powdered sugar in 8 qt. bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment until smooth; blend in flour. Divide dough equally and press mixture onto bottom and up sides of three 12-inch tart pans or round pizza pans. Flute edges, if desired.

3

Bake 20 to 25 minutes* or until lightly browned; cool completely.

4

Place HERSHEY'S Premier White Creme Chips and heavy cream in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 3 minutes or until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Blend in cream cheese. Divide white creme mixture equally and spread on each cooled crust.

5

Prepare FRUIT TOPPING: Stir sugar and cornstarch in medium heavy-bottomed saucepan; stir in juices. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened; cool.

6

Arrange fruit over each white creme mixture; divide FRUIT TOPPING equally over each tart. Carefully brush topping over each fruit tart. Cover. Refrigerate assembled tart until just before serving. Makes 10 servings per pan.

Tip

Step 3: If using convection oven, rotate pans one-half turn (180°) after 10 minutes of baking.
