Directions

Place heavy cream and YORK Minis Peppermint Patties in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 1-1/2 minutes; pour into blender container. Cover, blend until smooth.

Divide cream mixture evenly into EACH of two serving glasses. Pour 6 fl. oz. hot coffee on top of EACH cream mixture. Garnish with whipped cream topping and mint sprig. Serve immediately.
