The Deep Dish HEATH Apple Cobbler is all of fall's flavors wrapped up into a single dessert. Fluffy biscuits, sweet apple pie filling, spicy HERSHEY'S Cinnamon Chips and crunchy HEATH Toffee Bits come together to make this delicious, delightfully textured treat.

  • 4 #10 cans
    apple pie filling, divided
  • 1 lb. 8 oz.
    HERSHEY'S Cinnamon Chips, finely chopped (Item# 14670)
  • 2 lbs. 8 oz.
    buttermilk biscuit mix
  • 15 oz. (3 cups)
    HEATH Toffee Bits, fine grind (Item# 60551)
  • 40 fl. oz.
    water
  • 10 oz.
    additional HEATH Toffee Bits, fine grind (Item# 60551), divided

Heat convection oven to 350°F (standard oven: 400°F). Pour 2 #10 cans apple pie filling in EACH of two full-size steam table pans (20-3/4x12-3/4x2-1/2-inch). Sprinkle 10 oz. of finely chopped HERSHEY'S Cinnamon Chips into each pan. Gently stir into pie filling; spread evenly with spatula.

Blend biscuit mix and HEATH Toffee Bits, fine grind, in 20 qt. bowl of mixer fitted with whisk attachment. Mix on low speed 30 seconds. Gradually add water, mixing until fully incorporated. Pour approximately 3 lbs. batter over EACH apple pie mixture. Sprinkle additional 5 oz. of HEATH Toffee Bits, fine grind, over EACH pan.

Bake 45 to 55 minutes* or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Tip

Step 3: If using convection oven, rotate pans one-half turn (180°) after 25 minutes baking.
