Dulce de leche is Spanish for "caramel sauce," a silky concoction made of dairy and sugar. This impressive dessert starts with a deep-fried tortilla basket, creamy ice cream and fresh fruit. It then gets cocoa sugar dust made with HERSHEY'S Cocoa and that caramel sauce. Even better, this recipe is easy to make in batches for a catered party.
Prepare COCOA SUGAR DUST*: Blend together HERSHEY'S Cocoa, sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Set aside.
Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon COCOA SUGAR DUST inside prepared tortilla basket.
Place scoops chocolate and vanilla ice cream in tortilla basket.
Drizzle HERSHEY'S Caramel Syrup on top. Garnish with sliced peaches and raspberries. Serve immediately.
