Directions

1

Heat convection oven to 350°F (standard oven: 400°F). Lightly spray one 18x26-inch full sheet pan with vegetable cooking spray. Place parchment paper on prepared sheet pan. Peel and slice apples into thin slices. Toss apples with granulated sugar, flour and ground cinnamon in large bowl. Set aside.

2

Unroll each pie crust; place each pie crust on prepared sheet pan. Sprinkle 2 oz. HEATH Toffee Bits over each crust; press lightly into crust.

3

Starting 2 inches from the edge of the crust, evenly divide and arrange apple slices by overlapping slightly in a circular spiral toward the center of each crust. Sprinkle 2 oz. of remaining HEATH Toffee Bits over each apple center. Fold 2-inch edge of crust over apples. Sprinkle each crust edge with 1 teaspoon sugar crystals.

4

Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until crust is golden. Cool slightly. Serve warm or cool with ice cream, if desired. Makes 8 servings per tart.

Tip

Step 4: If using convection oven, rotate pan one-half turn (180°) after 15 minutes of baking.
