Iced coffee is a morning menu staple no matter the weather, but we bet you've never enjoyed it in dessert bar form. Frozen Marbled Mocha Squares are the perfect combination of intense mocha and delicious, creamy dessert bars. Your guests can have their coffee and eat it too!

  • 1 lb. 8 oz.
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 5-1⁄4 oz.
    HERSHEY'S Cocoa, Natural (Item# 63505)
  • 12 oz.
    sugar
  • 12 oz.
    salted butter, melted
  • 1-1⁄4 oz.
    powdered instant coffee
  • 3 fl. oz.
    hot water
  • 2 qts. (64 fl. oz.)
    sweetened condensed milk (not evaported milk)
  • 44 fl. oz.
    HERSHEY'S Chocolate Syrup, Jug (Item# 30570), divided
  • 1 lb. 8 oz.
    chopped walnuts
  • 3 qts. (96 fl. oz.)
    chilled heavy cream, whipped

Lightly spray one 18x26-inch full sheet pan with vegetable cooking spray. Place pan extender on prepared sheet pan.

Combine graham cracker crumbs, HERSHEY'S Cocoa and sugar in large bowl; stir in melted butter. Press crumbs firmly onto bottom of prepared pan.

Dissolve coffee in water in 20 qt. bowl of mixer fitted with whisk attachment. Add sweetened condensed milk and 32 fl. oz. HERSHEY'S Chocolate Syrup, mixing until well blended. Fold in nuts and whipped heavy cream; pour into prepared pan. Drizzle remaining HERSHEY'S Chocolate Syrup over mixture. Using knife or metal spatula, swirl gently for marbled effect.

Cover; freeze 8 hours or until firm. Cut into 3-inch squares. Serve immediately.
