With that sweet and earthy taste from the pistachios mixed in with rich HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, guests will be snatching these cookies up to get a bite of those unique flavors.
Heat convection oven to 300°F (standard oven: 350°F). Lightly spray sheet pans with vegetable cooking spray. Place parchment paper on prepared sheet pans.
Mix brownie mix (dry), butter and eggs in 20 qt. bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment. Slowly add water, mixing until combined. Stir in HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and pistachio nuts. Mix on low speed 1 minute, scraping bowl occasionally. Cover; refrigerate dough 1 hour. Using #24 scoop, drop dough on prepared sheet pans.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.* Cool completely on sheet pans.
Step 3: If using convection oven, rotate sheet pans one-half turn (180°) after 6 minutes of baking.
