Directions

1

Prepare TRUFFLES: Heat oven according to package directions. Prepare brownie mix as directed on package for fudge brownie. Cool completely in pan.

2

Line sheet pans with parchment paper. Cut off brownie edges. With hands, knead and roll remaining brownie until it forms one large ball. Using #60 scoop, shape brownie mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on prepared sheet pans.

3

Prepare CHOCOLATE COATING: Line more sheet pans with parchment paper. Place HERSHEY'S Milk Chocolate Chips and shortening in large deep microwave-safe bowl (such as glass measuring cup). Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 2 minutes; stir. If necessary, microwave at MEDIUM 10 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, until chips are melted and blended when stirred. Stir in HEATH Toffee Bits.

4

With fork, dip each truffle into chocolate coating, covering completely. Tap fork on side of bowl to remove excess coating, placing on additional prepared sheet pans. Allow chocolate coating to firm. Repeat with remaining truffles, keeping an eye on the chocolate coating, so that it does not cool too much. (Return to microwave, if chocolate coating cools and is hard to coat.) Cover truffles; store in cool, dry place.
