    ground cumin
  • 1-1⁄4 oz.
    red curry powder
  • 1 oz.
  • 1 oz.
    ground coriander seeds
  • 1 oz.
    ground black pepper
  • 1⁄2 oz.
    ground cinnamon
  • 2⁄3 oz.
    kosher salt
  • 1⁄2 oz.
    minced garlic
  • 1⁄2 oz.
    fresh oregano, minced
  • 1⁄2 oz.
    fresh cilantro, minced
  • 4 fl. oz.
    olive oil
  • 4 fl. oz.
    HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Syrup, Jug (Item# 30575)

Using wire whisk, stir cumin, curry powder, paprika, coriander, black pepper, cinnamon, salt, garlic, oregano, cilantro, olive oil and HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Syrup in medium bowl until well blended.


Apply as a rub on poultry, pork, beef or seafood. Bake or grill until done. Refrigerate leftover paste in airtight container.
