  • 2 Tbsp.
    powdered instant coffee or espresso
  • 1 fl. oz.
    hot water
  • 1 qt. (32 fl. oz.)
    sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
  • 3-1⁄2 oz.
    HERSHEY'S Cocoa, Natural (Item# 63505)
  • 4 oz.
    salted butter
  • 1-1⁄2 qts. (48 fl. oz.)
    cold heavy cream

Using wire whisk, stir instant coffee in hot water in large heavy-bottomed saucepan until dissolved. Add sweetened condensed milk, HERSHEY'S Cocoa and butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until butter melts and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat; cool.

Mix heavy cream in 20 qt. bowl of mixer fitted with whisk attachment until stiff. Gradually fold chocolate mixture into whipped heavy cream.

Spoon into dessert dishes. Refrigerate until set, approximately 2 hours. Garnish with HERSHEY'S MINI KISSES Milk Chocolates, as desired.
