  • 1 lb. 8 oz.
    salted butter
  • 1 lb. 12 oz.
    sugar
  • 3 fl. oz.
    light corn syrup
  • 3 fl. oz.
    water
  • 15 oz.
    Chopped HERSHEY'S Cookies 'n' Creme Bars (Item# 23992)

Lightly spray one 18x26-inch full sheet pan with vegetable cooking spray.

Melt butter in large heavy-bottomed saucepan; stir in sugar, corn syrup and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture reaches 300°F on candy thermometer. (Bulb of thermometer should not rest on bottom of saucepan.) Meanwhile, place Chopped HERSHEY'S Cookies 'n' Creme Bars in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 1 minute, stir. If necessary, microwave at MEDIUM 10 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, until candy is melted and blended when stirred.

Remove brittle from heat. Immediately spread brittle in prepared pan. Working quickly, drop by spoonful's melted Chopped HERSHEY'S Cookies 'n' Creme Bars onto brittle. Swirl with metal spatula or knife for marbled effect. Cool completely. Remove from pan. Break into pieces. Store in tightly covered container in cool, dry place.
