    chocolate brownie mix
  • 2 lbs. 8 oz.
    Chopped HERSHEY'S Cookies 'n' Creme Bars (Item# 23992)
  • WHITE CHIP GANACHE
  • 4 lbs. 8 oz.
    HERSHEY'S Premier White Creme Chips (Item# 42663)
  • 24 fl. oz.
    heavy cream
  • 1 lb. 14 oz.
    additional Chopped HERSHEY'S Cookies 'n' Creme Bars (Item# 23992)

Heat oven according to package directions. Line one 18x26-inch full sheet pan with foil, extending foil beyond edges of pan. Generously spray foil with vegetable cooking spray.

Prepare BROWNIES as directed on package for fudge brownie. Stir in Chopped HERSHEY'S Cookies 'n' Creme Bars. Spread into prepared pan.

Bake according to package directions or when center is slightly firm when lightly touched. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.

Prepare WHITE CHIP GANACHE: Place HERSHEY'S Premier White Creme Chips and heavy cream in large heavy-bottomed saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until white chips are melted, and mixture is smooth when stirred. Remove from heat. Immediately pour over brownie. Sprinkle with additional Chopped HERSHEY'S Cookies 'n' Creme Bars; press down firmly. Refrigerate 30 to 40 minutes. Cut into 2-inch squares.
