If you thought HERSHEY'S COOKIES 'N' CREME had enough cookies in it, think again! These HERSHEY'S COOKIES 'N' CREME Cookies may be a mouthful to say, but are the tastiest mouthful to eat! These would be the perfect addition to a cookie tray to please those guests with a sweet tooth.

Ingredients & Directions


  • 12 oz.
    unsalted butter, softened
  • 12 oz.
    light brown sugar
  • 3-1⁄2 oz. (2 large)
  • 1 oz.
    vanilla extract
  • 1 lb. 4 oz.
    all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp.
    baking soda
  • 1⁄2 tsp.
  • 1 lb. 4 oz.
    Chopped HERSHEY'S Cookies 'n' Creme Bars (Item# 23992)



Heat convection oven to 300°F (standard oven: 350°F). Lightly spray sheet pans with vegetable cooking spray. Place parchment paper on prepared sheet pans.


Mix together butter and brown sugar in 20 qt. bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until fully incorporated. Blend together flour, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Gradually add to butter mixture, mixing until well blended. Stir in Chopped HERSHEY'S Cookies 'n' Creme Bars (dough will be stiff). Using #40 scoop, drop dough on prepared sheet pans.


Bake 8 to 10 minutes* or until set. Remove from oven; cool 1 minute. Remove from sheet pans to wire rack. Cool completely.


Step 3: If using convection oven, rotate pans one-half turn (180°) after 4 minutes of baking.
