This recipe for HERSHEY'S COOKIES 'N' CREAM Crispy Treats features gooey marshmallows, crispy rice cereal and a delicious crunch from the added HERSHEY'S COOKIES 'N' CREME Bars. Makes for the perfect portable treat or a sweet after-school snack.

Ingredients & Directions


  • 3 lbs.
    crisp rice cereal
  • 1 lb. 8 oz.
    salted butter
  • 6 lbs.
    miniature marshmallows
  • 10-2⁄3 fl. oz.
    light corn syrup
  • 2 lbs. 8 oz.
    Chopped HERSHEY'S Cookies 'n' Creme Bars (Item# 23992)
  • 1 lb. 4 oz.
    additional Chopped HERSHEY'S Cookies 'n' Creme Bars (Item# 23992) for sprinkling on top



Lightly spray one 18x26-inch full sheet pan with vegetable cooking spray. Place pan extender on prepared pan. Measure cereal in large bowl. Set aside.


Melt butter in large heavy-bottomed saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and corn syrup. Cook, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat. Immediately stir in 2 lbs. 8 oz. Chopped HERSHEY'S Cookies 'n' Creme Bars until chocolate is melted and mixture is well blended.


Pour mixture over cereal, mixing until well coated. Quickly press mixture into prepared pan, using buttered spatula or wax paper. Immediately sprinkle additional Chopped HERSHEY'S Cookies 'n' Creme Bars over surface, pressing down slightly. Cool completely. Cut into 2x3-inch bars. Cover; store at room temperature.
