Breakfast, dessert or anytime in between, these HERSHEY'S MINI KISSES Fruit Bars are the perfect go-to, on-the-go treat. A filling of sweet, tangy apricot preserves or strawberry jam (any fruit spread works) melts together with HERSHEY'S MINI KISSES Milk Chocolates, surrounded by crunchy, golden-brown oatmeal and brown sugar.
Heat convection oven to 300°F (standard oven: 350°F). Lightly spray one 18x26-inch full sheet pan with vegetable cooking spray. Place parchment paper on prepared sheet pan.
Combine together flour, oats, brown sugar and baking powder in large bowl. Using your fingers, a fork or a pastry cutter, work the butter into dry ingredients until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Remove 2 lbs. 4 oz. (8 cups) crumb mixture. Set aside.
Press remaining crumb mixture onto bottom of prepared pan. Stir preserves or jam to soften; carefully spread over crumb mixture. Sprinkle HERSHEY'S MINI KISSES Milk Chocolates evenly over preserves or jam. Cover with reserved crumbs; press firmly.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes* until lightly browned. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into 2x3-inch bars.
*If using convection oven, rotate pan one-half turn (180°) after 20 minutes of baking.
