HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Tartlets are the perfect dessert for a large group of chocolate-loving guests. These petite pastries may fit in the palm of your hand, but don't be deceived: These miniature tarts deliver maximum delight with scalloped edges that make them picture-perfect.

Ingredients & Directions


  • 12 oz.
    HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 1000 ct. (Item# 61125)
  • 12 fl. oz.
    heavy cream
  • 5-1⁄4 oz.
    eggs, lightly beaten
  • 6 dozen
    prepared mini vanilla tartlet shells, baked (1-1/2-inch diameter)



Heat convection oven to 300°F (standard oven: 350°F).


Place HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips in large bowl. Set aside. Place heavy cream in large heavy-bottomed saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until cream begins to simmer. Remove from heat and pour over chocolate. When chocolate is completely melted, mix until smooth and well combined. Cool completely in refrigerator.


Once cooled completely, whisk eggs into chocolate mixture just until incorporated. Evenly divide and pour mixture into prepared tartlet shells.


Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until center slightly trembles when shaken. Remove from oven; let cool at room temperature. Refrigerate. Garnish as desired.
