    slivered almonds, toasted*
  • 21-1⁄3 fl. oz.
    HERSHEY'S Simply Syrup, Jug (Item# 30571)
  • 8 fl. oz.
    honey
  • 4 tsp.
    ground cinnamon
  • 10 oz.
    sweetened dried cranberries
  • --
Yogurt, flavor of your choice (optional)

Directions

1

Heat convection oven to 250°F (standard oven: 300°F). Lightly spray two 18x26-inch full sheet pans with vegetable cooking spray. Place parchment paper on prepared pans.

2

Combine oats and almonds in large bowl. Set aside.

3

Combine HERSHEY'S Simply Syrup, honey and cinnamon in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 2 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil. Carefully remove from microwave. Pour syrup mixture over oat mixture; stir until completely coated. Transfer to prepared pans, dividing and spreading evenly. Bake 30 to 35 minutes,** stirring every 10 minutes until mixture is dry. Cool completely.*** Add cranberries. Break into pieces. Serve over yogurt of your choice, if desired. Store in airtight container in cool dry place.

Tip

Step 2: To toast almonds: Heat convection oven to 300°F (standard oven: 350°F). Spread almonds in thin layer on sheet pans. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until light golden brown; cool. Step 3: If using convection oven, rotate sheet pans one-half turn (180°) after 15 minutes of baking. Granola will harden as it cools.
