Prepare HOT COCOA MIX: Combine dry milk, sugar, HERSHEY'S Cocoa, powdered non-dairy creamer and salt in large bowl; stir to blend well. Store mix in tightly covered container up to two months.
Prepare HOT MINT TEA: Place tea bag into 1-cup glass measuring cup. Pour boiling water over tea bag; brew 2 to 5 minutes. Remove tea bag.
To serve, place 1 tablespoon HOT COCOA MIX in serving mug or cup; stir in 1 cup prepared HOT MINT TEA. Stir until well blended. Serve immediately.
