HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Chocolate Chips and HERSHEY'S Premier White Creme Chips are mixed with the awakening flavor of espresso to make these the perfect treat for your customers. Serve alongside a cup of joe in a coffee shop or wrap individually for an on-the-go treat.
Heat convection oven to 300°F (standard oven: 350°F). Lightly spray sheet pans with vegetable cooking spray. Place parchment paper on prepared sheet pans.
Dissolve instant coffee in hot water. Set aside. Blend together flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon in large bowl. Set aside. Mix together butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Chocolate Syrup in 20 qt. bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until fully incorporated. Gradually add flour mixture and coffee mixture, mixing until well blended. Stir in HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Chocolate Chips, HERSHEY'S Premier White Creme Chips and pecans. Using #24 scoop, drop dough 2 inches apart on prepared sheet pans.
Bake 8 to 12 minutes* or until lightly browned; cookies will be slightly moist in center (do not over bake). Cool approximately 5 minutes; remove from sheet pans to wire rack. Cool completely.
Step 3: If using convection oven, rotate pans one-half turn (180°) after 4 minutes of baking.
