Directions

1

Heat convection oven to 300°F (standard oven: 350°). Lightly spray one 18x26-inch full sheet pan with vegetable cooking spray. Place parchment paper on prepared pan.

2

Mix 2 lbs. (4 cups) butter, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla in 20 qt. bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment until creamy. Blend in flour. Spread batter into prepared pan.

3

Bake 15 to 22 minutes* or until lightly browned. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.

4

Combine corn syrup, 12 oz. (1-1/2 cups) additional butter and REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips in large heavy-bottomed saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips are melted. Working quickly, spread mixture over baked layer. Sprinkle with walnuts; gently press into mixture. Refrigerate uncovered, approximately 2 hours or until firm. Cut into 2-1/2 inch squares.

Tip

Step 3: If using convection oven, rotate pan one-half turn (180°) after 8 minutes of baking.
