Directions

1

Heat convection oven to 300°F (standard oven: 350°F). Lightly spray one 18x26-inch full sheet pan with vegetable cooking spray. Place parchment paper on prepared sheet pan.

2

Prepare FRUIT BAR: Place 1 lb. 8 oz. (4 cups) REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 2 minutes; stir. If necessary, microwave an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating until chips are melted and smooth when stirred. Mix melted peanut butter chips and cream cheese in 20 qt. bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment until creamy. Add brown sugar, eggs and vanilla, mixing until fully incorporated. Blend together flour, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Gradually add to cream cheese mixture, mixing until well blended. Stir in oats, remaining 12 oz. (2 cups) REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips and dried fruit. Spread batter in prepared pan.

3

Bake 20 to 25 minutes* or until golden brown. Cool.

4

Prepare ORANGE GLAZE: Combine powdered sugar, orange juice and orange peel in medium bowl; blend until smooth. (Add additional orange juice, a teaspoonful at a time, if glaze is too thick.) Spread on bars. Cut into 2x3-inch bars.

Tip

Step 3: If using convection oven, rotate pan one-half turn (180°) after 10 minutes of baking.
