These truffle bites are the perfect anytime snack. REESE'S Peanut Butter Sauce and HERSHEY'S Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips are rolled together with oats, pumpkin, chia seeds, honey and cinnamon for an easy (and tasty!) on-the-go treat.

Ingredients & Directions


  • 1 lb. 2 oz.
    old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 16 fl. oz.
    REESE'S Peanut Butter Sauce (Item# 35031)
  • 1 lb.
    canned pure pumpkin
  • 6 oz.
    chia seeds
  • 8 fl. oz.
  • 2 tsp.
    ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
  • 12 oz.
    HERSHEY'S Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 4000 ct. (Item# 61225)



Line sheet pans with parchment paper.


Combine oats, REESE'S Peanut Butter Sauce, pumpkin, chia seeds, honey and cinnamon in large bowl, stirring until well blended. Mixture should be soft but not too sticky (you may need to add more oats, stirring until desired consistency). Stir in HERSHEY'S Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips. Using #60 scoop, shape bites into 1-inch balls. Place on prepared sheet pans.


Cover in airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 1 week, or in freezer for 3 weeks.
