There may be no flavor combo more iconic than peanut butter and jelly. We elevated the after-school sandwich with this REESE'S Peanut Butter & Jelly Bar recipe. These gooey treats are easy to make, and you can customize them with any jelly flavor you have on hand. Perfect as a kid's menu dessert option!
Heat convection oven to 300°F (standard oven: 350°F). Lightly spray one 18x26-inch full sheet pan with vegetable cooking spray. Place pan extender on prepared sheet pan.
Mix together REESE'S Peanut Butter Sauce, brown sugar and butter in 20 qt. bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until fully incorporated. Blend together flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Gradually add to peanut butter mixture, mixing until well blended. Press 8 lbs. (16 cups) dough onto bottom of prepared pan. Bake 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, stir in REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips to remaining dough; place dough in freezer for 10 minutes. Spread jelly evenly over baked crust. Remove dough from freezer; using fingertips, crumble dough evenly over jelly. Return to oven, rotating pan. Continue baking 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into 2-inch squares.
