Whether your guests have a palate for sweet white creme or the rich taste of dark chocolate, this fudge is sure to please a crowd. Combine melted HERSHEY'S Premier White Creme Chips or HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Chocolate Chips with chopped macadamia nuts and watch your guests return for a second piece.

  • 3 lbs. 8 oz.
  • 1 lb. 12 oz.
    marshmallow creme
  • 24 fl. oz.
    evaporated milk
  • 8 oz.
    salted butter
  • 3 lbs.
    HERSHEY'S Premier White Creme Chips (Item# 42663)
  • 1 lb.
    chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1⁄2 oz.
    vanilla extract

    Additional chopped macadamia nuts



Line 13x18-inch half sheet pan with nonstick foil, extending foil over edges of pan. Spray pan extender with vegetable cooking spray; place pan extender on prepared half sheet pan.


Combine sugar, marshmallow creme, evaporated milk and butter in large heavy-bottomed saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil; boil and stir 5 minutes.


Remove from heat. Gradually stir in HERSHEY'S Premier White Creme Chips* and nuts, stirring until chips are melted. Stir in vanilla. Pour into prepared pan, top with additional chopped macadamia nuts. Cool until set.


Remove from pan; place on cutting board. Peel off foil. Cut into 1-1/2-inch squares. Store tightly covered in cool, dry place. Approximately 9 lbs. candy.


Additional Directions: Variation: Substitute 3 lbs. (8 cups) HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Chocolate Chips (Item# 14122) for HERSHEY'S Premier White Creme Chips to make HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Chip and Macadamia Nut Fudge.
