Mint chocolate lovers will swoon over these decadent fudge bars. HERSHEY'S Cocoa and vanilla wafer crumbs form a crust, covered by a rich filling featuring YORK Minis Peppermint Patties. If you're looking for a hint of mint, this is a sweet chocolate treat to try.
Heat convection oven to 300°F (standard oven: 350°F). Lightly spray one 18x26-inch full sheet pan with vegetable cooking spray. Place parchment paper on prepared sheet pan.
Stir together vanilla wafer crumbs, 3-1/2 oz. HERSHEY'S Cocoa, powdered sugar and melted butter in large bowl. Press firmly on bottom of prepared sheet pan.
Mix sweetened condensed milk, flour, remaining HERSHEY'S Cocoa, eggs, vanilla and baking powder in 20 qt. bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment until blended. Spread evenly over prepared crust. Set aside 6 oz. YORK Minis Peppermint Patties; sprinkle remaining YORK Minis Peppermint Patties over filling.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes* or until set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Sprinkle cooled bars with additional powdered sugar.
Place reserved YORK Minis Peppermint Patties and water in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 30 seconds; stir. If necessary, microwave an additional 10 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, until peppermint patties are melted and smooth when stirred. Immediately drizzle over bars. Allow to set. Cut into 2x3-inch bars.
Step 4: If using convection oven, rotate pan one-half turn (180°) after 7 minutes of baking.
