With wire whisk, stir pudding mix and HERSHEY'S Cocoa in large heavy-bottomed saucepan. Gradually blend in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat; stir in YORK Minis Peppermint Patties. Stir until melted and mixture is smooth.
Pour into individual serving dishes. Press plastic wrap directly onto surface. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
